My Vision

MY VISION

If you pay attention to when you are hungry,
what your body wants, what you are eating,
when you’ve had enough, you end the obsession
because obsession and awareness cannot coexist.

Geneen Roth

I believe it is important to expand one’s consciousness in order to live an awake and aware life. Without this awareness we play less of an active role in how we live and how we create our lives and we can become passive. When we learn to become conscious beings, we are empowered to make positive and proactive choices.

In my personal experience, becoming conscious of nutrition and the food that I put into my body every day became my path to leading a more alive, present and healthy life. This has radically changed how truly alive I feel and how clear my mind is, and I am committed to helping people so that they to can experience this radiance.

We are surrounded by information and advertising that tells us how we should eat, how we should look and how we should live life. There is too much pressure through various Press that tells us that we are never good looking enough, we are never young enough or fit enough. As our lives become increasingly busy with the technology age, we often look for a quick fix.

Pharmaceutical companies tell us what pills we need to solve our health issues. We rely on pills for headaches, sleeplessness, stomach aches, gastritis, bloating, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid issues, blood pressure and chronic inflammation.

We often treat our bodies like machines with the result of losing the ability to listen to what we really need and our bodies lose the ability to function optimally. We have moved away from being able to connect to our essence as we rely heavily on this external information whether we know it or not.

I am not against doctors or medicine, I just want to help people become more aware of how their food choices effect many aspects of their lives and that it is time to take our health back into our own hands.

I believe in self-awareness.

We rarely allow ourselves the time to listen to our bodies, to observe our habits or to listen to our feelings when it comes to the relationship we have with food. As we continue to live unconsciously, we reinforce the same old habits, the same frustrations, and we feel like victims who are not able to take action in our health and wellbeing.

I encourage individuals to be curious about their health and to listen to their bodies. We must believe in the power of change in order to let go of old habits and to step out of our comfort zones in order to create lasting change.

When an individual learns to properly nourish their body they will experience strength, vibrant health, clarity and happiness. It is my passion to help people get there.

Our genes dance with our awareness.
Our emotions and behavior have the power to shape our biology.
This awareness can make a critical difference in health and longevity.
